Chelsea has been with Watershed Partners since 2011.  Her list of clients includes CHANEL Boutiques and F&B, David Yurman, Embassy Suites, LL Bean, as well as multiple nonprofit organizations.

Her project locations range from New York City and Beverly Hills to Minneapolis and Denver. She enjoys the challenges that come from each unique location. Lately, Chelsea has focused on the LA region after relocating from Minneapolis to Southern California. She has managed several successful projects on Rodeo Drive, in South Coast Plaza, and around the region.  She has experience in the full lifecycle of a project, from concept to occupation. Chelsea is well-practiced in contract negotiations, forecasting and risk management. 

In addition to individual projects, Chelsea has helped clients manage rollouts across the country, assisting with preliminary budgeting, schedules, and lease negotiations. She has used current and historic project data to negotiate proposals with critical suppliers, and her extensive knowledge of schedule software to create schedules that can be quickly tailored to local regulations, site-specific constraints, and scope complexity.
