Cherry Choi

Cherry has over 10 years of construction project management experience across multiple sectors, including retail, media, gaming, technology, and financial institutions. She began her project management career at Cushman & Wakefield, where she worked with tenants to build out spaces ranging from 12,000 SF to 350,000 SF. Working across various commercial industries taught her to adapt to different environments, understand client needs, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

 

Since joining Watershed Partners in 2023, Cherry has managed high-profile projects for David Yurman and Ralph Lauren, successfully opening spaces in key markets such as Palo Alto, Portland, Roseville, Vancouver, Easton, and Woodbury. Working in the fast-paced retail industry has taught her to stay focused, work efficiently, and consistently deliver quality through every phase of a project. Cherry exemplifies strong leadership in project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring projects stay on track.

 

Cherry is committed to going above and beyond, exceeding expectations through meticulous planning and transparent communication. Her genuine care not only transforms spaces but also builds lasting relationships and delivers meaningful results.

 

Cherry earned her business degree from California State University, Northridge. Outside of project management, Cherry finds tranquility in the simple pleasure of long walks. She enjoys hiking, traveling and snowboarding. Her curiosity drives her passion into researching a myriad of topics with Google as her best friend.
