Jennifer Elsasser

Jennifer Elsasser and Watershed Partners have partnered through a majority of her 30+ years in the industry.  Jennifer first worked with Watershed Partners when she was a project manager for a New York City based General Contractor.

As a native New Yorker, Jennifer achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Pratt Institute majoring in Interior Design and Art History.   She brings a diverse perspective to representing clients as she has experiences in the roles of designer, contractor, and owner’s representative for varied project types.  She is now teaching in the Interior Design program at Pratt.

Jennifer spent six years working as a project manager for general contractors in New York City.  Most of her work during her time in that role was managing retail work, but she also managed accounts for boutique NYC hotels. Her work has ranged throughout her career from residential, to special office projects, to art galleries along with retail and restaurants.

Jennifer brings a unique support to the design team with a seasoned understanding of the job site to deliver the best possible project results for our clients.  At Watershed Partners, she helps anchor the New York office, focusing on those projects in the New York area that require frequent job site presence, support, and attention to detail.

Jennifer has been a volunteer since she was a young adult in roles giving back to her local communities and the arts. Roles include training to be a High Line Docent, an Ambassador at the Whitney Museum, pro bono work for Iyengar Yoga Studios, New York Cares projects with children, community outreach, a children’s running coach and a camp counselor.
