Katie Haas joined Watershed in January 2025. Katie has served the greater good in various nonprofit and government settings, primarily through 15 years in the field of affordable housing. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of YMCA Camp St. Croix. 

Katie's role at Watershed is administrative, ensuring financial transactions are completed promptly and accurately. She aims for order and efficiency so that Watershed Project Managers can maximize their time with our clients and partners.

Speaking of order and efficiency, those qualities are in short supply on the homefront. Katie lives in St. Paul, MN, where she enjoys the chaos and wild ride of life with two elementary-aged children, her husband, a furry dog, and a penchant for outdoor adventures.
