Paul Rivera started his career as a draftsman in a boutique architectural firm in NJ that focused on new luxury residential design as well as local restaurant design. As he moved forward with his career, he joined a firm that specialized in luxury retail architecture. In the field of architecture, he has gained 15 years of experience in both commercial and residential projects, with a specialty focus on retail for ten years. He has completed several projects for Salvatore Ferragamo, Belstaff, Zilli and Kate Spade. During these years, he has also led teams of architects for brands that had several multi-years rollout projects such as DKNY, L’Occitane and Zumiez.

After a successful and knowledge fulfilling experience as an architect, he has decided to venture into the role of Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager. He was able to maintain his forte within the retail sector. He completed numerous projects for Tory Burch and H&M/COS as in-house CM.
