Peter Taylor has been involved in commercial development and construction since 1979. Prior to the start of Watershed Partners in 1997, Mr. Taylor worked for PCL Construction Services. Construction experience during sixteen years with PCL includes assistant superintendent and project engineer roles on Minneapolis City Center and construction management responsibility for all interior landlord construction at the Mall of America.  Mr. Taylor supplements his diverse construction background with three years experience as Property Manager for Trizec Properties.
